Bloomberg reported that the TikTok moderator has filed a lawsuit against the social media platform and its parent company ByteDance, citing emotional distress caused by disturbing graphics and videos. In the proposed class action lawsuit, Candie Frazier, the plaintiff, alleged exposure to violent content including school shootings, fatal falls, and fratricide. The lawsuit further stated that Frazier experiences sleep disturbances and nightmares.
